Certificate of Participation Information
This activity is being planned to offer an estimated 12.25 contact hours and will take place on April 4-5, 2025. This activity will not provide CME credit to participants.
To claim a Certificate of Participation, attendees must through ASH Academy on Demand by Monday, July 7, 2025. Instructions can be found below. Instructions can be found below and also in the meeting mobile application:
To Claim Certificate of Participation:
- Access ASH Academy On Demand at academy.hematology.org.
- Log in using your ASH username and password.
- Click the login link in the top right corner of the page.
- Once on your Dashboard, scroll down to "My Course Overview" to find "2025 Highlights of ASH in the Mediterranean, Middle East, and North Africa" and click the “View Course†button.
- Complete the Demographic and Overall Survey.
- Complete the Session Evaluations for each session you attended.
- Download Your Certificate.
- Select “Get Participation Certificateâ€
- Then, Print/Save your Certificate
