Each December, the ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition brings together more than 30,000 professional attendees committed to the diagnosis and treatment of hematologic diseases. This presents a prime opportunity for affiliates of ASH-exhibitors, corporate supporters, ASH members, patient groups, and nonprofit organizations – to hold meetings and events in connection with the annual meeting. ASH encourages affiliates to take advantage of this opportunity and has established a set of guidelines to be followed when planning and hosting ancillary meetings during the ASH annual meeting.

Requesting Meeting Space at the 67th ASH Annual Meeting

The 67th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition will be hosted as a hybrid meeting, with the in-person component taking place in Orlando, Florida. If you are planning to host an ancillary meeting in Orlando over the dates of December 4-9, please submit an ancillary meeting request when the form becomes available on July 30, 2025.
